Better Life Care was born out of the need to create an agency, which not only looks after the needs of those who need care but also the needs of the caregiver. Noor and his wife Khadija started the agency back in 2012 after Khadija had been working as a caregiver herself. Although she loved the work and gained immense satisfaction from helping others; on the downside, she wasn’t treated well by her employers and her own needs as caregiver paled in significance.

To address this imbalance the husband and wife team decided to set-up their own agency. Due to the type of work they are involved in, it taught them compassion, empathy and humbleness on a completely different level. They have channelled these qualities and made them the backbone and ethos upon which Better Life Care has been built.

Better Life Care has grown significantly over the years and we now have a strong team of around 35 caregivers and office staff. We provide temporary and permanent staff in the Health & Social Care sectors and pride ourselves on our professionalism and efficient service. We are not only the preferred suppliers for Ealing Council, but also have a substantial number of contracts for Direct Payments and with those requiring private care.
