About Us
Better Life Care started from humble beginnings in 2013, having worked as a health care worker themselves the directors saw that the service user was not at the centre of attention for the company they were employed by, so in order to make a difference in the health and social care sector Mr Ali and his wife decided to start their own home care agency. Having started in the area of Slough, Better Life care has rapidly expanded and we offer our services in Slough, Maidenhead, Oxfordshire and London. We also work closely with Care Commissioning groups in various boroughs and local authorities.
Training
We will support your journey from becoming a brand-new business owner to specialist operator in the care sector through continuous learning and development plans. All franchise owners have a dedicated regional Business Development Manager and Quality Manager who offer you support and guidance throughout your time as a franchise owner.
Additional Info
In addition to training we will also help set up your online care management system which will be essential in the day to day running of your business. We also get you set up with our recruitment portal which we use to recruit staff across the UK. Full training will be provided to office staff. We also provide assistance in tendering process with the local authority in order to help expand your franchise.

In addition to the franchise package fee, office set up costs and working capital will need consideration.
